Trying to upgrade to the Samsung s25 ultra (512gb) using my nhs perk. Im having issues with the sim plan it's not giving much scope to pay upfront. It's either £73 per month (58.40 with perk) with £330 upfront or £85 per month (68 with perk) with £50 upfront. Not keen to drop 330 but also trying to reduce my bill. Would be willing to pay 150 ish but don't have that option on my upgrade. No one at ee seems to be able to help, they can't apply nhs perk over the phone or in store. It's a joke
