Update prompted unlock with password - help please

Hi 

My phone did an update and I was prompted to unlock the screen with my passcode rather than my finger print and I can't remember my 6 digit passcode.  

How  do I get into my phone.  I'm locked out currently as too many attempts!

Unless you have Samsung "Find my mobile" setup to remotely unlock, you will have to factory reset your phone.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
