So I've looked at previous chats and it seems to be a common issue.
I used my IMEI to get my unlock code, great.
Received an email that jist shows me how to get the IMEI unlock code, which I have.
I'm trying to unlock my device to use another network SIM card.
I've searched and searched and can't find the steps to input my unlock code. When I put my new SIM card in its asking me for a PUK code, but that's not what I wasn't to do this phone isn't contract phone.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as ive been trying to do this for bout 3 hours now!

I don't work for EE, this is a public Community forum and I am a user the same as yourself.
There is no account access on here, and besides we haven't the faintest clue who you are.
If you have a question for EE specifically, you need to speak to Customer Services.
The screenshot you have sent in shows a message that states the new SIM is pin blocked and requires the PUK Code from your new network, not a NUC or network unlocking code from EE.
Whether the phone also needs network unlocking is impossible for me to tell.

Hey @Sami82.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
As @Matt_124 has mentioned here, the lock message you've first seen here refers to a lock on the SIM you're trying to use rather than the handset, and you can get the code for unlocking this either from your SIM packet, or by contacting your provider.
Once you've sorted this, if the handset itself is network locked, the 16 digit code in your email is the one that will help you open this up to all networks.
Let us know how you get on!

And to add to the previous posts, all SIM will have a limit on the number of times a PIN can be entered incorrectly before it needs a PUK. And the same for a PUK - but if that's entered incorrectly too many times, it will be permanently blocked.
You need to be very clear what code is being requested, and entered, to avoid making the unlock process harder than it needs to be.
