I don't know where to get the unlock link. I also get an error on the unlock page on the site.

Depending on the phone you have, this may have been unlocked automatically. Have you had a chance to try a different network SIM in this?

If you continue to struggle with the online unlocking form, I'd recommend giving our customer care team a call, and they can help get this investigated further for you.

I don't know how to unlock my phone's network. I try to do it through the online unlock site, but I get a page that says "As I have specified in the picture." How can I get the unlock code link? I'm really frustrated. My phone is broken.

Did the phone you're trying to unlock come from EE originally and you're trying to use a SIM from another network, or is it a phone you've got since yours has broken and won't accept your EE SIM?

Following on from @Matt_124's advice above, if it is an EE phone originally and you need to unlock it, you will need to give our customer service guides a call so they can help.

If it is a phone from another network that you want to use with an EE SIM, you'd need to speak to the original provider of the phone, as we cannot unlock a phone that is locked to another network.
