Having received my emails automatically on my Galaxy J5 for over a year, I now get the above message - which then asks me to enter the new password?

I can still access my emails on my PC but not on my phone - anyone got any ideas ?

@43RJB  Try setting up the email client from scratch on your device.  Delete all information that’s currently there.

I've tried that, and nothing happened - still can not get in to my emails on my phone!!

Do you see an error message?

@43RJB  Try setting up the email client from scratch on your device.  Delete all information that’s currently there. 

This seems to have worked!!! Thanks a lot

@43RJB  you’re welcome. Usually the simplest of things is what fixes problems.

Deleting all the information and setting again from scratch  worked for one day - now it works intermittently .  Which does not seem to make sense!!
