Hello, I have a Google pixel phone and it has just died-seemingly permanently. It has an eSIM. How do I obtain all my apps and contacts etc from this phone and transfer to another android phone. Thanks in advance.

Hi @DBJON
Thanks for coming to the community.
If the phone has gone off completely, the only way you'd be able to get information from the phone would be if it was backed up to your Google Account recently, which could then be restored to another phone.
There is more on backing up and restoring the phone on the Google website.
Have you had it set to automatically backup?
Is there no signs of life from your Pixel even with another charger in it?

thanks for your response. Unfortunately the phone was not set to back up automatically and using another charger does not help.

Ah no @DBJON, there is never a good time for this to happen.
If you have access to another phone to put your SIM in, or another number, it is worth speaking to our tech guides so they can run through a diagnostic with you to see if there is anyway to get the phone working.
If they can't, then they can look at the next steps available to you.
You can see the numbers to reach the team on our Contact Us page.
