Hi so I put an order in for a phone and it took the upfront money out my account but not got any email to confirm my order or a tracking order number just wondering if someone could help ?

Welcome to the community.
It is great to hear that you have placed an order. What did you go for?
Was it for a new contract or an upgrade?
When was the order placed? Did you see a confirmation screen at the end of the order?
Have you had a look in the junk or spam folder in your email in case the confirmation has dropped in there?
