Tablet doesn't turn on

I have a tablet as part of my package but it no longer works (doesn't turn on). Can I return it to EE and will they fix/ replace it or can I get a discount on my contract?

@Deepap84   What tablet ?  Manufactured by who ?  Most items have a 12 month warranty so you can claim via the manufacturer.   You’ll not get a discount on your tariff.

Have you tried a soft reset. Is it charged.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
