Does anybody have any suggestions to help me with my new Samsung phone?

The screen has locked completely, can't get in despite entering two different puk codes as advised by EE . This is so frustrating as thought I was getting on well with it!

@Sparkly1  A PUK code is to unlock a SIM card when the wrong sim pin has been entered wrong more than 3 times.  It’ll not unlock a phone.

The device unlock code is what you entered for it to be.  If you never set up the device you need to call customer support and inform them of this.  There is no default code to unlock a device, the user sets this

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
