Hi @Tomos93,

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your phone not turning on. Is it not responding at all to any button presses or charger being inserted?

If the phone is not responding to anything unfortunately it sounds like it may be faulty and will need repaired. If you got the device from us within the past 30 days please give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from another phone and our team can setup an exchange if the phone is faulty.

If you have had the phone over 30 days or got the phone elsewhere you can use our repair service. Some of our stores offer an in-store repair service, you can see if your nearest store is one using the checker here Mobile Phone Repairs | EE 2-hour Repairs | EE

If not we also offer a courier repair service to ship the phone to our repair centre which you can book in on that link above or by calling us. Repairs would be free as long as the phone is still in warranty and not damaged.
