EE are absolutely useless I have had the Galaxy Z-Fold 5 for just over 2 months and EE will not replace the phone as it has now got a crack down the internal screen making it absolutely useless. I had the Fold 3 for 18months they replaced it under warranty the fold 5 is 2 months old and they will not replace it. So long EE 20years or more i have been a customer Not any more
