Weather date on home screen wrong/stuck

A disabled lady who lives opposite me has a Samsung Galaxy A12 bought through BT/EE. On her home screen she has weather displayed (cloud with temp) with a date and time beneath it which is wrong and appears to stuck on 12/2/25 20:45. When I tap it the weather app opens up and displays 7 days. This would usually have today at the top and a further 6 days of forecast. However, her phone displays the correct date and time at the top but 'Today' appears in line 6 in the list of days (i.e. it displays 5 days of history, today and 1 forecast). I suspect that tomorrow 'Today' will appear in line 7 and there will be no forecast!

I have checked that the phone has it's date and time to be automatically updated from the internet and it is. Any thoughts?

Try pressing and holding on the Weather Widget and look for an "i" symbol.

After pressing on this it will bring you to the App settings and there should then be an option in that menu for "Weather settings". There will be a toggle in there for "Auto refresh", ensure that is switched on.

If it doesn't appear like this, just open the Weather app and select the menu in the top left and then settings. This should give the option for Auto refresh if the previous method doesn't get you there.
