I got my S24 Ultra last week.  I am suffering the problems that have been reported all over the internet, such as washed out screen colours, Vivid mode not working, over-processing on pictures making them soft and with strange colours, AOD brightness not adjustable.

I have to return my traded-in S22 Ultra by the 7th February so I want to ask, if Samsung does not correct these issues before then can I return the S24 Ultra and keep my S22 Ultra.  I will switch to a rolling PAYG airtime contract at that point.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your phone. Did you purchase your phone through the EE website, over the phone or in-store? Have you spoken with our technical support team?

I ordered on the 21st of January the s24ultra 1tb in black, I got a funny feeling I won't get it untill after the galaxy watch 6 promotion ends 😞 

It said more than 28 days for delivery, even when I spoke to ee they don't give you any confidence on it then second guessing my self 😕 

To be honest I'm probably over thinking it 😕 

I pre ordered on 19th jan spoke to EE friday and they said its on back order and will be sent out to me by the end of this week
