Samsung Flip 5 Screen Issue

A couple of days ago, noticed issue with screen, as though it was lifting along the fold line. Took it out of it's case tonight and screen now unable to use, no bottom screen at all and the top flickers on and off. Is this a known fault with these phones does anyone know? Unable to use, unlock screen or anything. Still in contract until Oct

Take your device into an EE store and they will consider if this a manufacturer fault or not. If as manufacturing fault it maybe covered by your warranty, if not you will be given a price to repair.

Thank you. Have booked an appointment for tomorrow, unable to back up device though as doesn't unlock to let me do this, not wanting to lose everything on there but doesn't look like I have much of a choice.
