I've recently upgraded and received my S23 with the benefit of having Samsung Earbuds for free. I was told I had to claim on the Samsung website, but the claim form is closed? Can someone advise how I get thr earbuds please 😊 Thanks!
I started my phone contract on 14th March 2023 and still have not received the ear buds? Is there any way to see if they have been sent out or anything?
