Omg the exact same thinks happened to me same software failure clearly they need to sort there phones regardless and that needs looking at and maybe all them phones should be recalled if its a regular fault did u manage to get it sorted because the bloke in store didn't take pictures of mine and mine didn't have cracks and the recept and ee bloke said the phone had no cracks brfore sending so I'm refusing to pick my phone up faulty and now cracked I have put it on social media and its happeing alot

Hi ya, believe it or not this is still going on, however I think Ee may have dropped the ball by passing to a 3rd party. As thry haven't recorded damage and i. Turn are unable to supply evidence at the time of the handover. Terrible as the store blamed the manufacturer. Ee thrn shrug this off, (to quote the ee representative "im unwilling to help you") so no surprise i havent even had a reply to my initial letter, of even from this forum?

Had hoped a firm of this size would value customers, but can't help but feel we are just numbers. I would like Ee to open up a forum to listening to customers issues and addressing issues, rather than turning their back on issues.

Will update this thread in next week or two with outcome.

yet as you rightfully mentioned if the fault is from the byild itself then we shouldn't be left holding the baby (so 2 speak).

We don't have access to your account on these forums to check the details of your case, but I can see you did speak with us about some repair issues last year. 

Can you please let us know a bit more about what's been happening recently, and where it was you sent your letter?
