Been several days now.
Tried ee help, totally pathetic.
Both phone and online, just a bunch of auto generated messages and faq's, which mostly don't cover the issues.
Enough enough, your apps just an upsell tool, which is basically unusable.
How do I cancel, without getting stung with penalties and charges, ive so far not actually got anything to work from ee, so need to go somewhere, where the vendor gives a **** about its customers.

Hi @Morethantwo
Welcome to our community.
Was this a QR code to activate an eSIM that you are having trouble with?

@Morethantwo The app works fine. I have no problems with it whatsoever, and why shouldn’t EE show what’s available via their app. and if you want to speak to a customer Support stop selecting option one and try option two.
