Phone still at store since 01/02/25 supposed to be off for repair.

Hi, first post, howdy, ok, so O own a google pixel 4A and after a firmware update my battery life has plummeted to barely lasting 12 hours from a full charge and just sitting in my pocket/ bag*. According to google the phone is under a manufacturer repair to sort this out. So I go to my local EE store on the first of feb and drop it off. getting an email etc....

I check the online repairs thing today (20/02/25) and the repair centre is STILL awaiting the phone...seriously...it's probably still sitting at the EE store i dropped it off at.

How can I chase this up, apart from going to the store?

 

* at times I could see the battery level drop whilst it was in my hand.

@TheDoctor07  You need to go to the store as that is where you took it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have....they have said it HAS been sent off!

 

I am fuming....Will pop back later today.

Let me know how you get on with the store, they should be able to track your phone if they have sent it to the repair centre and give you an update.

Thank you for your reply, I have chased it up, it is still awaiting receipt at the repair centre?

 

So its either still at the shop, or has gone missing between the shop and the repair centre.

apparently the repair centre has a big backlog!

A backlog wouldn't explain why the repair centre doesn't have your phone as delivery should have still taken place. I think the best next steps would be to speak with our retail team. You can contact them via our normal customer service and they can pop you through. They will be able to check this and intervene if needed.

 got an email today saying my phone is NOW in receipt of the EE repair centre.
