Phone Change - Haiwei to Samsung Galaxy

My wife is about to change her phone from Haiwei Y7 to Galaxy A33. on exiting EE network…What is the process to ensure phone no. is retained and other data is retained?

Will transferring the nano SIM card be sufficient to ensure the EEnumber is kept and can the Micro SD storage card be transferred to retain data or is there more/less that is required.

Details of how to carry out this phone change would be much appreciated..

Thank you

@jfostern  Moving the sim is all that’s needed to keep the number the number is on the sim not the device.    And you should be good with moving the SD card as the Haiwei Y7 is android not Haiwei own OS so should be compatible     Anything that’s not on the SD card will need to be backed up via cloud or a PC to them be restored on the new device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
