Notification problem, I don't receive any notifications

I am having notification problems, I am not getting notified about any texts or WhatsApp messages I receive.I have tried all the obvious techniques and can't find any other way of sorting it.

I have turned them off and still nothing 😟, EE have just mended a problem
with their service, I don't know if the two are connected or not.

It's unlikely any work in your local area would affect your phone in this way @Andy713 

What else did you try, have you restarted the phone?

I've gone through all my notifications in the settings and they are the
same, I have even turned the phone off for five minutes to see if that
would work.As before.Oh ok, I did wonder if the two were connected,As it's
only been doing this since the network problem.

They will be able to go through some steps to try to get this working as normal.

Thank you Lesley for your Helpful input, I am going into an EE shop
tomorrow morning, I hope they can do it there and then,As I can't afford a
new phone at the moment,Due to my circumstances.I Also haven't got a
landline now to fall back on.Hopefully it's something simple for them to do
in the store and possibly I'll be able to fix in future if it happens again.

I retract this, depending on which Android version you're running.

Android 15 does allow customisation of how notifications behave when in DND mode.

The store will definitely help have a look over your phone @Andy713 

If it's a fault, they can look at repair options with you rather than needed to buy a new phone.

I have a Motorola g50,If that helps I am coming into my local EE shop in
town tomorrow morning, So hopefully they'll be able to sort it out in store
for me, I can't let them send the device away as I've not got a landline
and can't afford a new phone due to my circumstances, I'm hoping it's
something easy to sort out, Even for me to do it myself if it unfortunately
