Hello,
Been having an issue recently that I've noticed I'm no longer receiving text messages from companies that send SMS messages for login and order updates. On top of that I'm now no longer receiving incoming calls from my own GP and they are saying they can't get in touch with me. This has me worried about something going on as currently at home ill and can't receive calls from my GP

Can you receive calls from other people? Can you make outgoing calls?
What happens when your GP calls you?

Yes, calls from other mobile numbers get through, same as text messages and can make calls no problems but seems to be just some numbers not getting connected. Started noticing it after transferring numbers over to EE recently

Hi, they are a mixture as my own landline to mobile doesn't work. All I get is number not in use.

Try testing when a call fails, to retry with the caller-ID withheld. That will prove/disprove a device-level blocking issue.
"Number not in use" type errors are more likely to be a central-network issue which CS can either resolve or raise a ticket for.
