National lottery app

Why can't I use the national lottery app on my android phone anymore. It says it is blocked due to the settings. My parental settings are fine!

What are your parental settings set at?

Do you have a spend cap on your account?

@Davids001  If content lock is off try turning it back on and then turn your device off/on then turn content lock off and test it.
