Hello @Colras.
Is your android running on the latest software?
If you search the Google Play store does nothing appear?

Yes my software is updated and that's correct - when I search the Google
Play Store the app does not appear.
I tried the link on the EE Website and it takes me to a version of the app
that is not supported by my phone. I have a Xiaomi Redmi 9 Note. I have not
had trouble finding other apps.
Many thanks,
Colleen

Hi James,
The link above has been archived and hence inaccessible. I have a Xiaomi Redme Note phone. Could you please repost the solution?
Thanks!

Hi @Glassrift Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear you're facing difficulty downloading the EE app on your Xiaomi phone.
The archived post was quite lengthy but the issue which was reported was related to an update deployed on the Xiaomi OS (MIUI), which seemed to have been resolved, possibly from an Xiaomi OS Update.
However, Xiaomi provide their phones with a customised version of Android, so this may remain an ongoing problem for some users.
We only support the MyEE App on handsets that EE sell for two years after the handset started to be sold. It may or may not work on handsets that are not part of our range.
As an alternative, you can keep up to date with your account by accessing your EE account via our website.

Thank you for responding so promptly. I wish to set up Parental Controls on
my EE Hub and I can't see any way of doing it via my website/online EE
account. Here is the page I am looking at -
https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-parental-controls
Is there anything I could do?
Thanks,
Ivaylo

Good afternoon @Glassrift.
WiFi controls aren't available through anywhere beyond the EE app at the moment.
If you have any other devices such as a recent Android tablet, iPad or other mobiles in the house, these should support the app as well.
Peter
