Hi @Itwas927

Has your Network Unlock Code been entered incorrectly?

Have you been able to try any of solutions provided earlier in this thread?

Katie

Thank you soo much, been trying to do this for ages.

Hi  this worked perfectly. Thank you

sir what a helpful tip - sorted my issue - had to call EE 2 times and still couldn't sort the issue - thank a lot - brilliant

Hi @Katie_B

I've tried the method mentioned earlier in this thread, but still having issues - says incorrect code.  My unlock code provided by EE is only 15 digits - any suggestions?

Does it matter that this is a phone from a business account? I am the business account holder

TIA

Nathan

Hi @nathanpass,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is your phone requesting an unlock code or an MCK code?

When did you purchase the phone?

Is it a small business or corporate account?

James

Hi @James_B

Thanks for getting back to me.  It is asking for an MCK code - the unlock code was entered incorrectly too many times

The unlock code given to me from EE was only 15 digits (516920842826030)

It is an old phone taken out on contract about 5 years ago  it's an S9+

It's a small business account

Thanks in advance for your help on this

Nathan

@nathanpass : You sure the code you are using isn't your phone's IMEI? They are 15 digits long.

Hi @nathanpass,

Please could you try requesting another unlock code at Device unlock (ee.co.uk) and let us know if it works?

James
