Lost SIm card

Unfortunately I have mislaid my SIm card (recently purchased a Galaxy A16) from yourselves. Is it possible to apply for another and at what cost please?

You can order a replacement SIM for the same number to be delivered by giving us a call on 150 from an EE SIM or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. It has a £1.50 cost for delivery. 

Alternatively you can pick one up for free from an EE store with photo-ID if you are the account holder EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE
