Hi, is it usual that Live Chat is unavailable under Help, all day Sunday?

Try calling CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Both, only messaging and calling them options are offered. Chat has always been offered also before.

What type of account do you have with EE?
