My bill is paid, but still no active account. The website is up-to-date. I can't text to investigate due to not being connected and the microphone on the device is broken, so calling isn't an option right now. Is there an email address I can use?

@FrankieT was this an overdue bill that has now been paid ? if it was it’ll take up to 24 hours before it will start working again. If you need to call customer support use the number below from a different phone. There is no email address for customer support as emails are too slow to deal with customer issues.

If you are a pay monthly customer you could try the message service on your EE app.
It normally takes up to 48 yours to reconnect but this depends on when you paid. It might be worth considering a direct debit to avoid these issues in the future.
