Does anyone know why I can't get past the Google Captcha on the App - can't enter any comps - I've deleted and reinstalled the app and it's the same & restarted my mobile. The QR code on EE's page takes you to Apple App store (?) but doesn't give an option to install. My husbands works fine it's just mine! Thank you  EE.jpg

Are you using a VPN or ad blocking software. 

Also try clearing your cache.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
