Today, I went into the EE store local to me and explained that I had to go there after a lengthy phone call to Customerservice in regards to calls to international mobiles (specifically Guernsey) not going through at all on my google pixel 8a which has been the case for 2 months at all .I'm on pay monthly and have no spend cap on the account. I have 500 international minutes /month . Calls to Guernsey landlines go thru ok . When I phone Guernsey mobiles, i get the standard call charge disclaimer then it immediately fails to connect (no ring ring before call is connected at all) . The man in store did several tests and had to escalate to his boss , he tried putting my sim in his android phone which is of a different make and it worked. But when it was put back to my phone, it still refused to call guernsey mobiles so it had to go to the boss and he had to give me a new SIM. i tried calling guernsey mobiles on that brand new SIM and that still failed . I was told to try several times without any luck. However when i put it in my carers' samsung phone, it worked. When i put it back in my google pixel 8a, it still didn't work after trying several times. She said that the fault is with my phone. I have heard that this has been a very common recent problem for a lot of people with the Google Pixel phones in the last 2 months. I have been told to make a complaint to EE Customer service to someone at second level

Hi @Katherine90
Back up the phone and factory reset.
Then try again.
Thanks
