The screen on the S24 Ultra is an OLED and not an LCD screen, but regardless of the level of damage getting it repaired would likely require a replacement of the full main screen assembly as this is how the parts come. Through Samsung authorised channels such as EE's local repairs your issue would attract the same cost as a cracked or otherwise damaged screen.
