I upgraded to Samsung S24 ultra with a claim for free Galaxy 7 watch.
I cannot find the invoice number to claim
Ive checked orders, but the phone is still in transit even though I've had it for a week.
Any help appreciated

Hi @JamesMn Great choice of phone there! The Samsung S24 Ultra is an amazing device, and it makes it all the better that you get a Samsung watch as part of the deal.
If you'd like to request some proof of purchase to make a claim you can give us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

@JamesMn You'll not be able to see an invoice that you can use as part of your proof purchase, but when you get the device, you'll have a delivery note in the parcel that will have an invoice number.

It's just another way to make it more difficult, and more likely that you'll give up.
The "invoice number" is actually the thing named "CUSTOMER ORDER" on the 'delivery note' you got, when it was delivered.

I bought the S25 Ultra on Friday in store. I am trying to claim the free watch and buds. But it's asking me for an invoice / order number which I was not given. I was not given any physical paperwork.
