Hi i have a little green light glitch appear on the screen of my fold, actually on the fold. Im insured but have been told that I will have to pay to get it fixed. Under warranty i shouldnt have to pay.l for a fautly phone. Its in perfect co dition with no damage. I pay a lot for this phone for the next few years and its defective. Not happy today!

I'm in the same boat, as you can see from the "grand masters" reply, EE don't want to know, even though legally under the 2015 consumer rights act they have to offer you a free repair or replacement as they supplied the phone, their behavior to all fold and flip customers is a disgrace
