Yesterday, I was having an issue with my phone freezing,and was unable to use it. As an ee customer,I called into the Sheffield branch, on The Moor. A gentleman there resolved the issue really quickly for me, and I'm extremely grateful.Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but if you could pass this on to the shop,I would appreciate that. I think its important that we highlight the positives.
