Galaxy A34 5G Wifi calling issue

My wife is reporting that her A34 has audio trouble when people call her and she is at home on the Wifi. People say they cannot hear her, but she can hear them.

I called her from well beyond the Wifi range (and also on EE). I could hear her, but I could hear my echo far louder. I dialled her back - much better.

Any ideas what to look for / check here? Thanks!

@jmkgreen  Simply try restarting the device in question.

This has been going on for months. I'm told it also affected her previous generation Samsung Galaxy too.

What is the coverage like at the address, @jmkgreen? If your wife gets a good signal, it may be worth trying with WiFi Calling switched off.
