I'd recommend heading to Samsung's dedicated Adjusting Screen Timeout on my Galaxy Device web page for all of the ways that you can adjust your screen's timeout duration.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
