Error 10 code from Abroad

I have been abroad to Norway and now France an both times I have been unable to send texts and make calls even though I've received texts saying I can use my phone as normal. When sending texts the Error 10 code comes up. I also have roaming pass enabled.

@jh2395   Is roaming enabled on your account?  Having a pass isn’t having roaming enabled on your EE account that pass just means you can use your UK allowance while there.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

For sending texts, check your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.

How do I enable it on my account. It says to message roam to 150 but I can't send any messages so how to I turn it on?

Hi @jh2395

Once you are abroad you won't be able to text Roam to 150 this needs to be done in the UK before leaving. 

Please log in to your My EE and speak with our online chat team who will be able to get this activated.
