Hello, I’ve got a Samsung galaxy tablet which the contract ended on 23rd June 2025. I am paying £13 a month for the tablet and 5gb of internet. The contract has ended but Im still being charge for both. How can I cancel this? I don’t use the internet on my tablet so I don’t want to pay for that either and the device contract has finished.

@Zoe_rawson At the minimum term the contract changed to a 30 day rolling contract it doesn’t just stop, you need to call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination for that contract.
