Have tried again and again to get EE to unlock phone. The online form doesn't work and spent ages talking to customer service for them to say it will be done in less than 10 days. Been well over two weeks and still nothing.
Finally sorted out, thanks for your help ,Leanne, and a special thanks to Mark in unlocking dept. After it was explained to me I can now understand the reason behind the delays
