New phone touch screen not working/ intermittently working - Can't unlock.

New phone delivered before weekend, touch screen intermittently working. Sometimes not working at all. I've tried to call 150 using hey Siri, unable to select options and 150 then terminating my calls.

Unsure how I go about returning the phone when i can't speak to anyone in EE. Highly frustrating!!
