Hi,
I am attempting to unlock my EE Buzzard 2 device using the code provided at https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/device-unlock
I have already attempted to unlock the device using the code provided on a couple of occasions, but the device rejects the code as invalid.
I also emailed handset.unlocking.team@ee.co.uk as advised on the above page, but haven’t had a reply.

What a shame that after 6 more attempts this will now be bricked and go to WEEE waste.
Any ideas?

I am very sorry to hear the manufacturer have been unable to provide a different code for you to try. It may be worth trying a different network SIM and entering the code, just to see if it works for you.

Hi Leanne I’m having same issues just has reply from David who says he’s spoken to manufacturer and the code is correct and unable to help further

Just to let you know I ended up sending to a guy who unlocked and returned to me.

Sorry to hear of the experience you're facing, and thanks for keeping us updated with your unlocking process.
As the unlocking teams are unable to help further, you may need to contact the device manufacturer directly for unlocking support.
