Hi all, I have upgraded today and my new phone arrives tomorrow (I already own a Pixel watch).
I have received a text already that says welcome to your new full works plan, and hope you're enjoying your new plan. Does this essentially mean I am now on my new plan even though I am using my old phone until my new one arrives? If this is the case does this mean I can activate the data for my watch (that is included in the full works plan) now? Or do I have to wait for the device to arrive? I have already activated my Netflix Premium extra so assuming I can activate the watch data too?
Also just to add on - I will be getting the new Pixel watch when it is available, how would I go about removing it from my current watch to use with the new one?

The number associated with the watch plan is just for billing purposes, whichever number the watch is paired with when you have done the set up is the one it will work with.
If you have completed the watch set up using your phone, it should be linked and discounted based on your plan as well as being linked to your number.

Thanks for coming to our community.
Your new plan activates when the phone is dispatched so that when it arrives it's good to go. You can definitely use all of the features on it now including setting up the watch plan.
When the time comes to move the plan to a new watch, the set up and transfer of data from the old watch should carry the plan across too.

I have a couple of other question, I have set up the watch plan it's currently set up with a different number, am I right in that it can take upto 48 hours to connect to my plan and get the 100% discount?
Also, there are 2 phones on the account both with the full works plan, will it connect to the number/plan from which phone it was originally set up on amd connected to?
