Back Order - When will this be dispatched

The expected dispatch on the item is 3 days. 

It has been 3 days and there has been no update on the tracker.

@dsj85 Just double checking, you do mean the Pixel 9a? As the Pixel 9 has all variations in stock at the moment, so if it is the Pixel 9 something may be wrong with your order and it would be best to speak to one of our guides.

If it is the Pixel 9a, 128GB Iris is in stock, but all other variations we are out of stock at the moment unfortunately, but we are working to get them restocked and any orders fulfilled as soon as possible.

I am sorry for the delay you have experienced, if you do wish to open a complaint the quickest way is to contact us and one of our guides can raise a complaint for you.

What is it you have placed an order for? We have no account access via these forums to check your order directly but I can have a check on the stock information for the item you have ordered to see if there is any additional information I can share.

This is a Google pixel 9 - checking on your website it says 3 working days dispatch. I order Friday so it has now been 4. 

I was led to believe when I order this over the phone I would have the phone next working day. 

How can I raise a complaint or expedite this process? Service has been shocking.
