Trying to get my code from EE Perks but it says my account has been deactivated as I didn’t register in time. It will not allow me to re register as it says I’m already registered 

New router

Hi, I had an engineer come out to check my broadband as it was having issues, found there was nothing wrong although my speeds are drastically low. He suggests asking for a new router, how do I do this?

Early Upgrade?

I'm 16 months into a EE 24 month broadband contract I also have 2 EE mobile contracts, Will I be able to upgrade my Broadband now  about 8 months early? Is there a fee?
