Sorry for that @Mark2208 - I'm investigating a small spike with this error this evening, but if you restart the app it should work OK. Please give it a go and let us know how you get on.

Nice one for that I deleted the app and reinstalled it again working fine now pal

We've identified a scenario where the app was paired with a TV Box, but that box is then reset (which breaks the pairing). YouView have been tidying up data from old pairings, causing an error that the app doesn't handle.
We're working on a fix now, which will be released ASAP. In the meantime, anyone else seeing this issue just needs to unpair from their TV Box in My TV -> Settings. You can then pair again if you like.
