I have been with EE since just shortly before the new year. No problems until last Friday  21st February. Since then I have not been able to watch any GBN. I can select a 'Live' programme but it goes straight to buffering. It buffers for about 5 minutes and then displays an error message   : Media Source Error    . The video can't be played. Please try again later. However OnDemand programmes, for example, Latest Catchuo there are no issues and plays without any problems.

During this time, has it continuously not worked or is this intermittent?

Hi @js134  thanks for posting.

The GBN stream provider identified and fixed an issue in the Live feed yesterday afternoon so this issue should be resolved. Can you retry and let us know how you get on?
