Anyone have an idea why my broadband is now at a level of approximate 110 Mbps when I first had it, it was near 300mbps
Will EE help with this as nothing has changed regarding devices, location of router etc etc
Thanks

@richwxm That you may find is what you get with the device on a wireless w-fi speed test.

I'm sorry but no, I was getting in excess of 250 nearer to 300 than I was 100
Something has changed and I suspect throttling by EE if I'm honest

@richwxm Have you run a speed test with ethernet connection to the EE Router, and wireless devices off?

Are you on FTTP or a G fast connection? Run the tester on here. What's your minimum offered speed? https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/fix-problem/fix-ee-broadband-connection-problems
It tests the speed directly at the hub, if there is an issue with the router on the EE end of things, they'll talk you through fixing it.
The indoor wifi speed, unless on the latest Wifi 7 package, isn't guaranteed as there are too many variables to factor in, so it's best to take a speedtest on a laptop that's wired in

Hi.
I'm on FTTP. When I check the link for my broadband it has the error as attached 🤷♂️

Can you check the wired speed of the internet? If that doesn't meet the minimum guaranteed (and the device usually would) it might be worth giving them a call (150 on EE mobiles) if the app status checker won't play ball.
