I'm 16 months into a EE 24 month broadband contract I also have 2 EE mobile contracts, Will I be able to upgrade my Broadband now about 8 months early? Is there a fee?

Look in your online MyEE: Manage BB > CHANGE YOUR BROADBAND PLAN .

I tried that a couple of times but I keep getting the EE message "Sorry fault our end please call this number". I will call but I was wondering if I could get some infomation on here 1st. Thank you for the reply.
