Usage

All of the numbers on my account have had a text message to say our usage is higher than usual & we might not be able to use calls or messages but we are all on unlimited texts & calls  anybody had this ?

add to plan not working

i am trying to add a graphics card to my plan for £45 per month but it takes the £10 upfront cost then instantly refunds. just keeps refreshing. is there a reason behind this?
