I have just set up my ee tv box pro but it will not pair my tv remote unless i put it setbox settings - why is this ?
I was told the remote control had voice command on it but i cannot find it or use it

I will need to speak to my hubby first as he works off shore and he records his leeds utd matches or his baseball.

It is a bit disappointing, may will come in the future. Not a big deal ,I was used to with Sky for certain things but not reliant on it. Preferred the EE Box rather than Apple TV, just recently moved to EE.
