tv remote / voice command

I have just set up my ee tv box pro but it will not pair my tv remote unless i put it setbox settings - why is this ?

I was told the remote control had voice command on it but i cannot find it or use it

I am seeing in little ee book bluetooth to control your tv box

Yes - the EE TV remote uses Bluetooth to communicate with your TV Box.  There is no voice control though.

Cheers Darren for that but does that mean i have to manually input any search i do now instead of the voice command i use to have on my nowtv remote

Yes, that is correct.  The TV Box Pro and TV Box Edge do not support voice control.  We do offer Apple TV, which supports voice, if this would be more convenient for you.  You would lose the ability to record programmes though.
